Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are based on information provided by the customer, including location, container request, debris type, estimated weight, rental period, and placement conditions. Pricing may change if the project details change, if debris differs from what was described, if weight allowances are exceeded, or if additional services are required.
Payment Requirements
Payment requirements, accepted payment methods, deposits, timing, and refund rules are confirmed when a quote is accepted and before delivery is scheduled.
Delivery, Collection and Rental Periods
Delivery and collection are subject to schedule, access, safety, container availability, weather, and placement conditions. Rental periods and extension options must be confirmed in writing or through the company’s normal booking process.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate project information, obtaining property authorization, identifying a safe placement location, keeping access clear, loading only approved materials, keeping debris below the fill line, avoiding overweight loads, and arranging timely pickup.
Weight Allowances, Overloading and Additional Charges
If the rental includes a weight allowance, excess weight may result in additional charges. Overfilled, unsafe, or unevenly loaded containers may not be collected until corrected. Additional charges may apply for blocked access, failed delivery, failed collection, prohibited materials, extra trips, extended rental, special disposal items, or damage caused by customer actions.
Prohibited Materials
Customers may not load hazardous or prohibited materials, including but not limited to paint, chemicals, fuel, batteries, asbestos, medical waste, propane tanks, pesticides, solvents, pressurized containers, or other restricted waste unless specifically approved through an authorized disposal process. Placement Authorization and Surface Risks
The customer represents that they have authority to place the dumpster at the requested location. Heavy trucks and containers may affect driveways, pavement, lawns, curbs, private roads, pavers, underground utilities, septic systems, or other surfaces. The customer should identify sensitive areas before delivery and may be responsible for placement-related risks.
Access Requirements, Permits and Failed Service
The customer is responsible for confirming permit requirements unless otherwise agreed. Delivery or pickup may fail if access is blocked, permits are missing, placement is unsafe, vehicles obstruct the route, or the container is overloaded. See Dumpster Rental Permits.
Cancellation
Cancellation windows, fees, and refund rules are confirmed at the time of booking.

Website content is for general information and does not create a binding rental agreement until accepted by the company. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to the extent applicable.
